Are you planning a cheese and charcuterie board for your family Thanksgiving meal?
Join us on Sunday afternoon, November 17th from 1-3pm for an afternoon full of cheese, charcuterie meats, and fun!
Stephanie, Central Wedge owner and chief cheese guide, will demonstrate 6 steps on how to design a professional and festive grazing board. Attendees will be invited to follow along with the steps, designing their own grazing box. Afterwards, all attendees are invited to mingle and enjoy the contents of the larger board that Stephanie designed.
You will be provided with:
- 6 step guide to designing cheese and charcuterie at home
- Best practices for selecting, purchasing, and cutting cheese
- How to plan for serving sizes and amounts of items
- Introduction to Pennsylvania cheeses and cheesemaker stories
- Festive ideas to take your board to the next level
- Enjoyment of grazing board with other class attendees
Board contents will include cheese, charcuterie meats, fruits, vegetables, dips, jams, jellies and/or nuts and candies. Please note any allergies when purchasing your ticket.
Class is BYOB. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Attendees must be 16 years or older. Class space limited to 15 spots.
