Refunds & Returns Policy

To ensure the freshest possible products, inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

 

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for any food items, including cheeses, with a short shelf life. We except returns of unopened, undamaged, and non-perishable items in their original packaging within 10 business days of receipt for a full refund.

 

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

To return an item, please email info@centralwedgecheese.com or call (717) 422-5010 to speak with a staff member. We will request photos of the items, which we must receive within 24 hours. The customer is responsible for providing return shipping.

Gift Returns

Gifts shipped by Central Wedge are eligible for return if they are: unopened, undamaged, and non-perishable items. Items that are perishable, opened or damaged, and items purchased on sale are generally not eligible for return.

 

If the gift recipient wishes to initiate a return, please follow the process outlined above. The original purchaser of the gift will be notified of the return, and the refund/store credit will be issued to the original payment method.
