Our cozy private room is perfect for groups of 20–25, or take over the whole shop for up to 60 guests and enjoy the full Central Wedge experience.
From beautiful charcuterie boards to themed tablescapes that wow, our à la carte menu lets you create the perfect spread for your event. And the best part? We’re BYOB—so bring your favorite wine, cider, or craft brew and pair it with the best cheeses Pennsylvania has to offer.
Gathering Space Rental Service
Includes setting up tables in pre-discussed layout, table coverings, cleaning prior to and after the event, trash disposal, bathroom access, and use of the space. You may arrive 1 hour in advance for set up and remain 1 hour after for clean-up of decorations. We do not allow use of glitter or confetti decorations. If the event continues past the agreed time slot, an invoice will be issued for the additional hour(s).
Additional Food & Beverage Services
Beverage Service
Central Wedge provides hot coffee and tea, iced tea, and ice water. Disposable cups are provided for this service. All events at Central Wedge are BYOB, however staff is not available for serving alcohol. The beverage fee includes wine glasses for guest use.
Cheese & Charcuterie Boards or Tablescapes
Board includes: cheeses, meats, fruits and vegetables, dips, spreads, and nuts. Paper plates, napkins, and utensils are provided. Minimum quantity is 15 servings. Each serving provides a light meal for 1 person or a snack for 2-3 people, depending on if other foods are served.
Mac N' Cheese Bar
This option includes a batch of Central Wedge’s Cheese Lover’s Mac ‘n’ Cheese, which serves 15-20 people, depending on other items that are served. You can add additional vegetable or meat lover’s packages. Vegetable package (pick 3): baby spinach, sauteed onion, sauteed mushrooms, roasted broccoli, and stewed tomatoes. Meats can be added individually: crumbled bacon, steak tips, roast beef, or pork carnitas. Disposable bowls, napkins, and utensils are provided.
Salad Bar
This option includes a salad with toppings, which serves 15-20 people. The salad barincludes fresh cut fruits, vegetables, salad mixes, house made dressings, croutons,bacon, and grilled chicken. Disposable plates, napkins, and utensils are provided.
