Have you felt overwhelmed when standing in front of the cheese selection at Central Wedge? Do you want to understand the difference between cheese styles?Â
Join Stephanie for a hands-on workshop where you will receive:
- An introduction to the main styles of cheese
- A guided tasting of 7 Pennsylvania cheeses
- Basic sensory evalution skills
- An introduction to buying, storing and serving cheese
The workshop will include basic terminology for common cheese terms and describing flavor profiles. Guests are encouraged to bring their favorite wines to enjoy during the workshop.Â
