Join us for a truly local taste adventure, where creamy, salty cheeses meet the golden, floral sweetness of raw, small-batch honey. This special pairing class is led by two passionate experts: Stephanie Beeman, Chief Cheese Guide at Central Wedge Cheese Shop (who lives for Pennsylvania cheese) and Clare and Barry Frantz, dedicated beekeepers (who knows their bees by name... okay, not really, but close). The hives of Blue Mountain Honey are all located here in Cumberland County.
