Cheese Olympics at Carlisle's Summer Series Second Saturday

Join us for the Cheese Olympics on Saturday, June 8th! 

Your ticket gains entrance to the tasting room where you will sample the top 10 selling cheeses at Central Wedge over the past year. After sampling the cheeses, you can vote for your favorite three cheeses. At the end of the day, we will award a Gold, Silver and Bronze medal to the cheeses that receive the most votes. Get your ticket today to take part in choosing Carlisle's favorite cheeses!

Advance tickets are $10 plus tax and processing fees. Presales will close at 6pm on Friday, June 7th. Ticket fee will be $15 at the counter on the day-of.  The tasting room doors will open at 12 noon on June 8th and close at 3pm. Water and crackers will be provided to cleanse your palate between cheeses. 

No athletic ability required. Join us any time between 12-3pm to enjoy our best selling cheeses and cast your votes!

Everyone is welcome to join us for music played by Chris Carl from noon-3pm. He plays acoustic soul music, drawing from blues, jazz, funk, and popular music. His soul-flavored original music and dynamic covers fill the valleys and echo off the ridges of central Pennsylvania.  Dig it!

Lindgren Brewing will be on-site sampling and selling some of their brews. Lindgren beers are adventurously brewed in Duncannon, PA where they recently opened their tasting room. They believe in fresh ingredients and unusual combinations. Stop in on Saturday to taste their beers!
