About the event
Have you ever held a handmade tool in your hand—something that didn’t roll off a factory line, but came together from raw material with your own two hands? It’s a pretty magical feeling. And in this workshop, you get to make that magic happen… with steel, wood and epoxy, and a whole lot of sanding.
Join us for a one-of-a-kind, hands-on cheese knife making class led by the uniquely skilled Dwayne Burbridge. You’ll start with a high-carbon steel blade and a burl wood handle—both custom-prepped by Dwayne in his workshop—and walk through the process of sanding, polishing, assembling, and sharpening your very own cheese knife.
