Have you ever dreamed of exploring Ireland through its food, farms, and cheesemakers?

Join us for an informal evening at Central Wedge to learn about a very special 8-day, 7-night cheese and dairy-focused journey through Ireland that we’ve created in partnership with Bog & Thunder, an Irish-focused tour company. The trip is scheduled for July 10-17, 2027.

This small-group adventure is designed for curious food lovers who want to go beyond sightseeing and experience Ireland through the people who make its incredible food. We’ll visit cheesemakers and producers, spend time learning traditional foodways, and get our hands dirty with several hands-on experiences along the way.
