Three years ago, we opened our doors with a simple mission: to provide the highest quality cheese, to enrich lives, and highlight the passionate people that produce Pennsylvania cheeses. Thanks to YOU—our incredible customers, friends, and fellow food enthusiasts—we’re still here, growing, nibbling, and celebrating every bite. (Seriously, we couldn’t have done it without you.
