About the event
October is National Cheese Month!Â
We're celebrating on a smaller scale with a guided tasting of 5 Pennsylvania cheese. We'll cover the differences between raw milk and pasteurized milk use, the beauty of mold use in cheese, and the unique flavors of sheep, goat and cows milk cheeses.

Cheese and charcuterie to prime the palate
A five cheese tasting
