Valentine's Day Pasta-Making Class and Dinner

Celebrate Valentine’s weekend the best way possible, with flour-dusted hands, good company, and a table full of handmade pasta.

Join us for an intimate Pasta Making Class and Dinner, designed for couples, friends, and anyone who believes love languages include carbs. With just 10 tickets available, this small-group experience is cozy, interactive, and delightfully hands-on. The class will be taught by Chuck Lawrence, a self-taught home chef and lover of fine foods.

During the class, participants will learn to make two different fresh pastas completely from scratch (farfalle and cheese ricotta), exploring dough mixing, shaping techniques, and tips you can take home to your own kitchen. While your freshly made pastas are carefully frozen to enjoy later, you’ll sit down together for a demonstration and family-style dinner featuring handmade pasta prepared by Chuck.
