Hi friends! Guess what? National Wine and Cheese Day is a real holiday (no, I didn’t make it up—though I fully support turning it into a long weekend). To celebrate, I'm hosting a wine and cheese pairing night on a beautiful local farm, and you’re invited!
We’ll gather outdoors (farm fields, summer skies, beautiful view of North Mountain, and all), kick off our shoes—figuratively or literally, your call—and explore the delicious little universe of cheese and wine. Ever wondered why some pairings sing and others fall flat? Or why goat cheese seems to flirt shamelessly with Sauvignon Blanc? You’ll learn the basics of pairing—what to look for, what to avoid, and how to trust your own palate (because you have one, I promise).
